Hello, Hoomans! What do you think? Are we finally past the spring snowstorms? It’s starting to feel like the dog-days of summer to me when I roll around in the grass and I can tell the warmest days of the year are right around the corner. I love laying in the shade as much as the next dog, but I’m super lucky because I get to go to a comfortable work space with my parents every day. And talk about comfortable. I’ve got my own crate in the office and the temperature in the shop is always dog-gone perfect.
How about you? Do you have a comfortable work space and climate-controlled workshop when you are working on your DIY or woodworking projects? My Dad says that a stable climate in a workshop is important to help prevent wood from moving. I don’t know about you, but the only time I like wood moving is when someone throws a stick for me. We’ve got nice cool air from the AC on those hot days, plenty of shaded space for when those afternoon thunderstorms roll in, and plenty of comfy spots to curl up for a late-morning nap . . . oh wait, maybe that’s just for me.
Come on, Hoomans! If you’re tired of sweating in your garage, risking a sunburn in your driveway, or having to keep an eye on the sky if working outside, come see me at My Own 2 Hands.
